Advocate all levels of the Ministry of Health to ensure proper resources are available for orthopaedic trauma treatment.
Create a database to track all patients (non-operatively and operatively) treated.
Develop educational training modules incorporating modern fracture practices made applicable for the Ugandan setting.
Assist with the transfer of knowledge to the care of orthopaedic trauma patients to improve clinical outcomes.
Identify and find the solutions to barriers in the patient flow within the hospital system.
