OUR DEPARTMENT
The Department of Orthopaedics at UBC was founded in 1951. We are fortunate to have had the inspired leadership of four successive outstanding leaders, including Dr. F.P.Patterson, Dr. Ken Morton, Dr. Robert McGraw and Dr. Clive Duncan. To paraphrase the words of Isaac Newton – “We stand so tall and see so far because we are supported on the shoulders of giants.”
