Dr. Graham Pate obtained a B.A.Sc in Engineering Physics at UBC in 1978. He studied Medicine at UBC, completed a Rotating Internship at Dalhousie University, and completed Orthopedic Residency Training at UBC in 1988.

He is a Clinical Associate Professor and a member of the Division of Lower Limb Reconstruction & Oncology and the Division of Orthopedic Trauma. His clinical practice focuses on Lower Extremity Reconstructive surgery. He is a Visiting Consultant at the Whitehorse General Hospital in Yukon Territory.

Dr. Pate is married and has two teenage children. He enjoys hiking, cycling and woodworking.
