Dr. Fletcher is a graduate of the University of London, and undertook orthopaedic residency training within the United Kingdom, obtaining Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He practises general and upper limb orthopaedics, with a special interest in limb reconstruction using distraction osteogenesis, and is a member of the Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction Society. Research interests include the Ilizarov method for complex and neglected trauma, and the use of tendon transfer in the management of massive rotator cuff tears. Based in Dawson Creek, he is the Head of the Northeast Department of Surgical Specialties.
