Dr. Alvarez is a member of the Division of Paediatric Orthopaedics at British Columbia’s Children’s Hospital. Dr. Alvarez has a paediatric orthopaedics practice which focuses on Clubfoot, Trauma, Gait related issues and Hereditary Multiple Exostoses. Research areas include: Clubfoot - treatment and outcome measures, Gait Analysis, Hereditary Multiple Exostoses and Trauma. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at UBC.
